- Fixed Odds/Pool Jackpot Lotto Games are played subject to Fixed Odds/Pool Jackpot Loto Rules and General online rules. Online Rules will apply to any situations not covered by these Fixed Odds/Pool Jackpot Lotto Rules, but in the event of any inconsistency General Rules will prevail.
- The maximum pay-out to any one customer, or group/syndicate of customers acting together, is $250,000 on any one given draw and/or on any one day.
- All Fixed Odds/Pool Jackpot Loto bets on a specific draw must be placed (and confirmed by us) 5 minutes before the official draw time. We accept no responsibility for bets not placed or confirmed in time, for whatever reason.
- We accept bets on the following fixed odds games *Games differ per country:
- Chance Customers can select between 2-5 numbers from 1 and 90 balls (Chance2,3,4 and5) to appear within the first 5 numbers drawn. The order in which the balls are drawn is not relevant but if one or more numbers are correct then the customer will receive a fixed odds return. There are additional variations of Chance which are based on the first 6, 7 or 8 numbers drawn, giving customers Extra Chances of winning. These games are known as Xtra Chance 6, 7 and 8.
- Chance+ Customers can select between 3-5 numbers from 1 to 90 balls (Chance3+ 4+ and Chance5+). The order in which the balls are drawn is not relevant but if two or more numbers are correct then the customer will receive a fixed odds return. There are additional variations of Chance+ which are based on the first 6, 7 or 8 numbers drawn, giving customers Extra Chances of winning. These games are known as Xtra Chance + 6, 7 and 8.
- Nap Chance Customers can select between 3-5 numbers from 1 and 90 balls (Chance 3,4 and 5) to appear within the first 5 numbers drawn. The order in which the balls are drawn is not relevant but if three or more numbers are correct then the customer will receive a fixed odds return.
- Double Chance+Customers chooses 3,4 or 5 numbers between 1 and 90 balls to appear within either the first 5 numbers drawn, or the last 5 numbers drawn, if TWO or more of their numbers do not appear in the First 5 numbers drawn the customer has a second chance to win on the last 5 numbers drawn, giving them a double chance of winning. The sooner the selected numbers are drawn the more customer wins.
- Turbo Customers choose 2 numbers between 1 and 90 balls to appear within the first 5 numbers drawn (Turbo2, 3, 4 and 5), the customer must predict the position of the balls, the sooner selected numbers are drawn the more customer wins.
- Turbo Double Chance Customers choose 2 numbers
between 1
and 90 balls to appear within the first 5 numbers drawn, if their numbers do not
appear in the First 5
numbers drawn the customer has a second chance to win on the last 5 numbers drawn
giving them a double
chance of winning. The sooner the selected numbers are drawn the more customer wins.
The customer needs to
predict the positions of the balls. NB: The results of the First and Last 5 balls
are not combined.
For example, the numbers selected by the customer must appear in either: - The first 2, 3, 4 or 5 numbers drawn (First 5)
- The last 2, 3, 4 or 5 numbers drawn (Last 5)
- Nap (First 5) Customers can select between 1-5 numbers from 1 and 90 balls (Nap 1, 2,3,4 and 5) to appear within the first 5 numbers drawn. The order in which the balls are drawn on Nap 2,3,4 or 5 is not relevant but if two or more numbers are correct then the customer will receive a fixed odd return. On Nap 1 the position of the ball needs to come first within the first 5 numbers drawn.
- Nap (Last 5) Customers can select between 1-5 numbers from 1 and 90 balls (Nap 1, 2,3,4 and 5) to appear within the last 5 numbers drawn. The order in which the balls are drawn on Nap 2,3,4 or 5 is not relevant but if two or more numbers are correct then the customer will receive a fixed odd return. On Nap 1 the position of the ball needs to come first within the last 5 numbers drawn.
- Nap1 Customers choose 1 number to appear within the first 5 numbers drawn. Customers win if their number is drawn, prize is determined by position of correct ball.
- Nap2 (First Only) Customers choose 2 numbers to appear within the first 5 numbers drawn. Customers win if one or both of their numbers are drawn, prize is determined by both the number and position of correct balls drawn.
- Nap2 (First and Last) Customers choose 2 numbers to appear within the first or last 5 numbers (Machine Numbers) drawn. Customers win if both of their numbers are drawn, prize is determined by both the number and position of correct balls drawn.
- Nap2 Turbo Customers choose 2 numbers between 1 and 90 balls to appear within the first 5 numbers drawn. If the customers numbers appear in the First 2,3 or 4 balls drawn they win.
- Nap 2 Turbo Machine Customers choose 2 numbers between 1 and 90 balls to appear within the last 5 numbers drawn. If the customers numbers appear in the last 2,3 or 4 balls drawn, they win.
- Nap 2 Turbo Boost Customers choose 2 numbers to appear within the first or last 2,3, or 4 numbers drawn. Customers win if their 2 numbers are drawn in either the 2,3 or 4 ball drawn. The prize is determined by 2 numbers appearing in the correct order or by 2 numbers appearing in the incorrect order. The customer will receive better odds return on the position of 2 numbers appearing in the correct order drawn versus the incorrect order.
- Nap2 Boost Customers choose 2 numbers to appear within the first or last 5 numbers drawn. Customers win if their 2 numbers are drawn in either the first or last 5 numbers drawn. The prize is determined by 2 numbers appearing in the correct order or by 2 numbers appearing in the incorrect order. The customer will receive better odds return on the position of 2 numbers appearing in the correct order drawn versus the incorrect order.
- Nap2 Boost Machine Customers choose 2 numbers to appear within the first 5 or last 5 numbers (Machine Numbers) drawn. Customers win if their 2 numbers are drawn. The prize is determined by 2 numbers appearing in the correct order or by 2 numbers appearing in the incorrect order. The customer will receive better odds return on the position of 2 numbers appearing in the correct order drawn versus the incorrect order.
- Nap2 Boost Xtra Customers choose 2 numbers to appear within the first 6 or 7 numbers drawn. Customers win if their 2 numbers are drawn. The prize is determined by 2 numbers appearing in the correct order or by 2 numbers appearing in the incorrect order. The customer will receive better odds return on the position of 2 numbers appearing in the correct order drawn versus the incorrect order.
- Nap2 Xtra Customers choose 2 numbers to appear within the first 6, 7 or 8 numbers drawn. Customers win if one or both of their numbers are drawn, prize is determined by both the number and position of correct balls drawn.
- Fast 3 The customer has a choice to pick 3 numbers between 1 and 9 with a minimum stake. Three numbers are drawn with a draw every 30 minutes. The customer wins with 2 or 3 numbers predicted in the correct order. Depending on the stake and numbers correctly selected the customer can win x15 or x350 his stake.
- We accept bets on the following Lotto Jackpots *Games differ per country:
- Super4 Cagnotte 4/54 This is a fixed stake game where the customer has to pick 4 numbers between and 1 and 54. For correctly predicting, 2 balls in any position and 3 balls in any position this is a fixed odds return, for correctly predicting all 4 numbers correct in our 4/54 Pool Jackpot game the customer will win the Pool Jackpot or a percentage of the Pool Jackpot in the event of more than one winner. Fixed ticket price applies.
- Super4 4/48 This is a fixed stake game where the customer has to pick 4 numbers between and 1 and 48. For correctly predicting, 2 balls in any position and 3 balls in any position this is a fixed odds return, for correctly predicting all 4 numbers correct in our 4/48 Pool Jackpot game the customer will win the Pool Jackpot or a percentage of the Pool Jackpot in the event of more than one winner. Fixed ticket price applies.
- Super4 4/52 Customers chose 4 numbers; 52 numbers are drawn. The customer wins if 2 or more numbers are drawn achieving a Jackpot win if all 4 numbers are drawn.
- Super4 4/50 Customers chose 4 numbers; 50 numbers are drawn. The customer wins if 2 or more numbers are drawn achieving a Jackpot win if all 4 numbers are drawn.
- Mega Millions 5/45 Customers chose 5 numbers; 45 numbers are drawn. The customer wins if 3 or more numbers are drawn achieving a Jackpot win if all 4 numbers are drawn.
- Unless you specify a particular draw(s) or date, valid Fixed Odds/Pool Jackpot Loto bets will always be accepted on the next draw to take place.
- If for any reason a lottery draw does not take place all valid Fixed Odds /Pool Jackpot Loto bets will be made void.
- If for any reason a lottery draw is postponed and is rescheduled to another time, all valid Fixed Odd/Pool Jackpot Loto bets on that draw will stand for the rescheduled draw(s) unless cancelled by mutual consent before such rescheduled draw(s).
- The Website will advertise the time, frequency, date and method of the Draws for each Game.
- Fixed Odds/Pool Jackpot Loto bets cannot be combined with any other betting event, nor may 2 or more draws be combined in accumulative bets.
- Each Draw will: (a) Select winning numbers at random with the help of mechanical drawing equipment (or any other equipment we may from time to time determine); and (b) Be conducted in line with the draw procedures and in the presence of an independent witness.
- If a draw is interrupted because of equipment failure or for any other reason, the draw will be completed in line with the applicable draw procedures for that game. If a draw cannot take place on the date or at the time fixed, it will take place as soon as reasonably possible after that date.
- If a partial draw is made due to equipment failure or any other mechanical problem the number of balls already selected will stand until the draw can be completed in full. If additional balls are drawn in error the draw will stand for the first balls drawn for that game. For example, with 5/90 game 6 balls are drawn but should have been only 5 balls the draw will stand for the first 5 balls drawn.
- If any game draw is declared invalid, another draw will take place in line with the applicable draw procedures to determine the winning numbers.
- The numbers drawn and recorded in writing by the witness mentioned in Rule 11.b will be the winning numbers for that draw.
- Prizes paid based on the official results of the relevant draw recorded in line with Rule 11(b) and electronically recorded in central Computer System. Prizes will not be paid based on results recorded or obtained from anywhere else, including for example newspapers, website, retailers’ signs, electrical signs, external digital signs or social media for example.
- Payment will not be required against any incorrectly announced number(s) at the draw, and the witness as described in Rule 11(b) will confirm the correct number(s).
- Odds are subject to fluctuation.
- Payouts are expressed as a multiple of your stake, for example a $1 winning bet staked at ‘x10’ would return a total of $10.
- Decision about whether an entry is a winning entry (or in relation to any other matter or dispute arising from the payment or non-payment of prizes) will be final and binding, if it is a reasonable decision.
- Prize can be withheld and/or an equivalent payment made in lieu of any dispute being resolved.
- Not all betting options may be available online, sales cut-off and draw times may vary.
